We Are All Guilty Here

Nicely plotted crime mystery. Interesting characters, and a well-done small-town feel. Maybe a tad convenient, but that sometimes happens in mystery/thrillers. It's obvious this is the set-up for a potential series: Like the pilot of a TV show, it has a lot of ground to lay. But Slaughter does it well.

I've enjoyed some of her Will Trent books in the past, and this looks to be another captivating series.
